If you are dissatisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 48 hours of the service to discuss your concerns. We may offer a partial refund or a follow-up session at our discretion, based on the specific circumstances.
For wardrobe consultation services, the standard cancellation policy applies as outlined in section 2.
Due to the personalized nature of these services, once a wardrobe consultation has been conducted, no refunds will be provided unless there was a clear failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon service.
For shopping assistance services, the standard cancellation policy applies as outlined in section 2.
Please note that while we provide professional guidance during shopping services, we cannot guarantee that you will find items to purchase. No refunds will be provided based on the availability or selection of merchandise at retail locations.

Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

FieldHaven reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, illness of the stylist, or emergencies. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
